The Up and Coming:Androppolis(Dallas,Tx)

Nasagang had the chance to catch up with Androppolis one of the hottest young up and coming artist out of Dallas...:::Get Lifted:::...
Name: Androppolis

Age: 20

Hometown: Dolla$, TX

First off I want to thank you for taking time out of your schedule to sit down in give us a piece of your mind. NASAGANG appreciate it a 1000!!!Tell NASAGANG and the world who you are and what your all about?
Androppolis: the man of the city, if we talking about Dallas. I like drinking smoking weed and all types of ill shit.

Where do you draw your inspirations from?
Androppolis:
The opportunity to do what I love for a living. I used to record songs on my laptop in college just for me and a few friends to laugh about but somehow the cd's got out and people demanded more. One thing led to another now I'm recording at the Dallas Sound Lab and opening up for Big Sean as well as sponsorship from MatrimonEy Clothing. Can we say networking? And my supporters, of course. It's so humbling to have people actually believe in you, and I feel like it's my responsibility to put out good music for them to show I appreciate

 What separates you from others?
Androppolis:
You mean besides my name? (Laughs) I was a military brat so I traveled to different states and countries my whole life. I don't have a preferred type of music. Alot of people won't listen to this or that genre for whatever reason(s) but I say if it sounds good then it must be, no matter who makes it. I try to make music that everyone can understand, and hopefully like.

How do you feel about the digital age of music?
Androppolis:
I think it makes music more available. Anyone can go to a website and download music as opposed to having to physically go somewhere to purchase new music. It also helps up-and-coming artists get exposed to more than just locally.

You just dropped the Mr. Green Blunts mixtape and it seems to be a success. Tell NASAGANG what was the motivation behind the mixtape?
 Androppolis:
I started writing and recording about a year ago and I released a few tapes but I feel like my personality wasn't loud enough. I was still learning how to layer vocals and all the little things. I dedicated way more time to perfect the quality of recording and mastering than the other tapes and I think people can tell.

Anything in the works that the people need to be looking out for?
Androppolis:
more shows, and more youtube since my friends say I'm like a phantom because I never post videos. also I'm working on some visuals for MGB... shits about to get real HD in here so yall stay tuned

Being from Dallas Texas a city that is starting to break thru into the hip hop spotlight. What do you feel that you can bring to the game and help Dallas take it to the next level?
Androppolis:
Consistency. I've seen people blow up off hit singles and then fall off cause they didn't switch it up. You gotta keep it interesting so people are always wondering, and surprised. Stay brand new
